Welcome to Arabian Show TV ("the Platform," "the Site," "the Service"). Use of the website arabian-show.tv, its companion applications, and linked community channels (including the "ARABIAN SHOW TV" WhatsApp group/channel) is subject to the terms set out in this document. Using the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

1. Definitions and Description of Service

Arabian Show TV is a professional platform for managing, broadcasting, and live scoring of Arabian horse shows. The Service includes, among other things:

• Event and show management (creating shows, classes, handlers, and horses)
• Live scoring and results display
• Broadcasting and multimedia content related to shows
• Interfaces in Hebrew, English, and Arabic

2. Registration and User Account

2.1 Some services require registration and creation of a user account.

2.2 The user undertakes to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information upon registration.

2.3 The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under their account.

2.4 The Platform may suspend or terminate a user account that violates these Terms, at its discretion.

3. Permitted Use

The user undertakes not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Upload content that is offensive, misleading, infringes copyright, or violates a third party's privacy
• Engage in activity that could harm the infrastructure, data security, or availability of the Service (including hacking attempts, automated scraping, or intentional overload)
• Impersonate any person or entity

4. User Content

4.1 Users who upload content to the Platform (photos, video, competition data, etc.) represent that they own the rights to that content or have obtained lawful permission to upload it.

4.2 By uploading content, the user grants Arabian Show TV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, broadcast, and distribute the content within the Service and its affiliated community channels (including WhatsApp), for the purposes of operating and promoting the Service.

4.3 The Platform may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Platform itself — including design, code, logo, branding, and user interface — belong to Arabian Show TV or its rights holders, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Service is provided "AS IS." Arabian Show TV does not guarantee continuous, error-free availability of the Service.

6.2 Scoring data and results displayed on the Platform are for informational and record-keeping purposes and do not replace the official results issued by the event's authorized judging body, unless stated otherwise.

6.3 Arabian Show TV shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Privacy

Use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

Arabian Show TV may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
